SERVICES This program has 2 types of volunteers- Bill Payers or Representative Payees Bill Payers- help set up a budget, check book balancing, and bill paying for seniors still in control of thier finances, but need some help keeping things in order. This may also include opening and organizing the mail. Representative Payees- are appointed by the Social Security Administration to manage monthly benefits of a client determined incapable of handling his or her own finances. A seperate account is opened with checks, automatically deposited. The rep payee manages and pays the client's expenses from this account. |
